SodaPeak Side Effects in the First Week: Stop or Continue?

The page does not list side effects, so this is general guidance for any new supplement.

Mild versus serious

Mild stomach upset, nausea or a slight headache are the kinds of things people notice with new supplements. They often settle if you take the gummy with food. Hives, swelling of the face or lips, trouble breathing, chest pain, a racing heartbeat, fainting or severe dizziness are not mild.

Stop for any of the second group and seek care.

  • Mild stomach upset: try with food, watch
  • Serious symptoms: stop and seek care
  • Do not increase the serving
  • Use the refund window if needed

What to do

If a mild effect persists beyond a few days, stop and see whether it resolves. Do not take more to get past it. Keep the bottle and your notes for your doctor. You are inside the refund window, so there is no reason to push through discomfort. Our earlier post on side effects covers the FAQ answer.

Medical note: SodaPeak is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and is not a treatment for erectile dysfunction, low testosterone or any diagnosed condition. If you take prescription medication (especially for blood pressure, heart conditions, nitrates, erectile dysfunction or blood sugar), have a medical condition or are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
